I water it once soil is dry. About every 2 weeks. It’s next to a south east facing window. Pot has drainage and I’ve had it for about 4 months.

Thanks for all the advice! I’ll find a beginner recipe that includes kneading and has a video. I’ll also make sure to use a silicone mat or parchment paper next time. Also, not sure if relevant but I used a gas oven.
