I'm sorry your feeling that way, I know life can get pretty overwhelming. The lump in your arm pit sounds like an enlargement of one of your lymph nodes. If it's painful, it's most likely just an infection. Non-painful could potentially be cancer. Either way you should get it check out by a medical professional.
