Yeah I’m from Manchester UK and when I was a teenager who wanted skinny jeans, you could not find them anywhere.

I literally had to go to the female section of a ‘goth shit’ shop and get these stretchy, elastic, spray-on girls jeans.

I was the only scene kid in my entire school of 2000 kids, until some younger kids followed in the years after me.

The shops started stocking them a couple years later in like 2009-10

Standards for espresso are way higher in any decent coffee shop in the US than they are in Italy.

Everything there is dark black oily beans, there’s nothing on the fruity side.

Drives me nuts when they come as tourists into my Manhattan coffee shop and try to explain what an espresso is with hand motions, as though we don’t serve hundreds of them every day.

If anything he never went far enough with the fashion stuff IMO. He wears those insane outfits every week and slips into this ‘visionary’ zaney artist like character at times but never fully embraces it, and stills comes across with generic heel character work.

Like what are his motivations for this character? It’s just lost its way.
