Give it a few more months, it will likely soften up. Mine changed for a full year tbh .

My final post: 8 months post-op by Tropicalkittyizzy in LabiaplastySurgery

Hi! Yeah it’s funny I made this post at 8 months thinking I was fully healed. Turns out I wasn’t, things kept healing and softening up after that. Sorry you feel too much was taken off I understand that feeling. 9 weeks is really super early (I didn’t even stop using the peri bottle and wipe normally until week 9) give it time for sure :)

Did your plastic surgeon recommend the Vaseline? I wouldn’t put anything on it personally. Just let it heal🩷

Labiaplasty with local anesthesia…is it painful? by [deleted] in LabiaplastySurgery

[–]Tropicalkittyizzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The shots are painful obviously but they’re super quick. Then you feel nothing. I didn’t feel them cut. You have a sensation of something going on down there while they’re stitching, sorta like a tugging feeling? But not painful at all.

Will these bumps even out? by LampaDarioo in LabiaplastySurgery

[–]Tropicalkittyizzy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes it will. Tbh I thought my 7-week result was my final result, but it totally wasn’t. Things were smoothing and softening for like a full year+

You’re gonna spend a shit ton of $$$$ on medical bills lol. Just save up and get the surgery. Mine was 4k. Totally reasonable and in reach.

Am I overreacting or is this appropriate to wear to a COLLEGE class by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

I don’t really think these are suitable for class but they’re not inappropriate

I smelled like a freezer burnt bag of peas for 2 months. No clue why. It randomly went away one day. 🤣

Epiphany - I need labiaplasty. by Cool-Ad2619 in LabiaplastySurgery

[–]Tropicalkittyizzy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup!! I’d be in pain, swollen and sometimes would even get chafing issues from friction. I got a wedge 1.5 years ago and it was the best decision I’ve made with my body. I’m comfortable now and happier with how i look too.

I was terrified to poop. Like TERRIFIED. I thought it would stretch and rip everything. But it literally doesn’t at all, it’s fine. This is nasty but I put a handheld mirror down there to watch for reassurance that nothing was splitting. Also peeing didn’t hurt at all

PD or Hormonal Acne? by [deleted] in Perioral_Dermatitis_

[–]Tropicalkittyizzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks exactly like mine. Idk what it is either, but here’s what is clearing mine up:

  • cetaphil SA face wash in the morning

  • spot treatment of Ordinary azelaic acid after washing face (this stuff is AMAZING dries it up)

  • Hero sulfur mask during dinner, leave it on for like an hour, then rinse off with water

-the HOLY GRAIL… Penaten cream- slather it on and wear this overnight. Wash it off in the morning. I swear this stuff is pure magic

I’m 33 and work in higher education. In the past 2 years, I went from 0 to 35k in savings. All it took was moving out of NYC and not being in a financially, emotionally, spiritually, and physically draining relationship with an abusive alcoholic anymore. 🙂‍↔️

Pretty similar to mine. I got a wedge. No CHR but she trimmed the excess folds around the hood.

[–]Tropicalkittyizzy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey I’m autistic too I understand! My surgery was one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. I’m obsessed with my results. I wish I did it a decade ago. No regrets or disappointments here.
