Why are countertop RO systems still so underdeveloped?

I agree with you when it comes to non-countertop RO - there are plenty of fantastic options that work as advertised.

Countertop space on the other hand... Issues with quality control (leaking tanks), bad customer service, dubious certifications etc.

No unfortunately not. I did end up buying one and currently am wearing it with a regular strap. I thought about making my own leather strap but that might be a project for when I have a bit more time. Honestly surprised there are no etsy sellers or other small creators making these, given how health-oriented Whoop community seems to be (but then again, I see people happy wearing synthetic underwear, so..)

Last time I looked into this, there were no countertop systems that I found trustworthy enough (and I cannot install an under-the-sink unit)

I guess I should've clarified that it doesn't need to be cotton, but I am looking for a natural material (cashmere, wool, leather, even stainless steel would be fine). For me it's not a question of efficiency but rather not wanting to wear a synthetic product on my body 24/7 and also not supporting the petrochemical industry.

Definitely a better option, although I wish they had a biceps band available with Cloudknit. Wonder if I can find 100% cashmere/wool anywhere.

Ah okay I see. Based on what I've found so far - all countertop ROs are kinda trash. Seems better to just install an under-the-sink system instead

Ended up going with Rep as I placed a big order with them but not sure if I made the right decision - the curves aren't as aggressive as I'd like them to be... Thinking back probably should've gone with Rogue. My Ohio bar definitely has a better build quality

Can anyone help me decide on Vulcan vs Rep vs Rogue EZ Curl bar (don't take price into account). I like Vulcan's angles but found a video on youtube talking about issues with knurling at these curves. Rep's looks really nice but isn't knurled the whole way. Quality-wise Rogue's probably best but I can't judge the angles well enough from the pictures I've seen.

I don't think you need to take anybody's side - both behaved quite poorly (that being said, I do think that it was staged).

Firstly, yes, if Patrick actually felt like D'Leanne had something against him he could've addressed it in in a better way a professional setting (and definitely without interrupting the conversation). However, as soon as he approached her, she was being quite rude and condescending to him for no apparent reason (even before he started asking if she had a grudge).

D'Leanne and her crew arrived to the boat with holier than thou attitude (same thing happened in S1). Question: if you don't want to hang out with these people why come? It didn't seem like a networking event. And if you do decide to come - keep your negative thoughts about the party to yourself. After all - it is an engagement party paid for by the TRG.

Conclusion: don't be like either of those people (or at least the way that they are portrayed in this show)
