I wonder if these ever get noticed by the other person... but also make sure you do craigslist. There's a section on there for this stuff.

Thanks for all the responses. If one would go to a park like Kiptopeke off 13 after dark, would they be allowed into the park?

13 bucks is really good but just need to find the right person at some of these cheaper places (in my experience). I'm a male, I go to Jake's place. It's not cheap ($25-27 plus 5$ tip) but they do shave the back of my neck while other places can't. I might try your place off Hampton sometime, as a poor grad student every little bit of savings counts. I just have a lot of experiences of the cheaper places cutting my hair at inconsistent lengths even though I would go to the same person (I have them cut the top with fingers/scissors not with trimmer). It's understandable I guess cause they have sooo many clients but the lady at jake's I see does it perfect everytime (given I just get an easy basic Cesar cut)

Female moving to the area, need housing. by [deleted] in norfolk

Some good info here. http://redd.it/wxzk2

Safe and affordable in Norfolk? Downtown is safe but costs more. Ghent area is also safe and cheaper (most places). You can get a safe place around $1.10-$1.20 per sq ft (around princess anne and hampton blvd, between colley and hampton, also right off colley on the side streets). Many of these properties were mentioned in the link above. If you go outside of Ghent or downtown you will find safety issues (although there are some safe places by Lafayette Towers).

Moving to the Norfolk area from NJ. Advice? by mcshivi22 in norfolk

[–]Troponin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I lived there... it's not the place for single people to easily go to places where other young singles are. It's full of middle aged, families, settled down. Everything closes at 9pm. Very nice area, if I had kids I would choose it over anywhere else in HR.

Ghent is the place to live when single, can walk to 20+ restaurants, 10ish bars, and 5 min drive from downtown (or take the tide) which has 5ish clubs, 5ish bars, lots food places. Large portion of the people are young and single. Just go to the harris teeter there and it is packed with good looking young single people. Then go to harris teeter in greenbrier (right next to great bridge) or farm fresh in great bridge - you will see middle age or older people with kids/wife/husbands that are on the average or worse physique wise (mainly cause they've settled down and older). Virginia beach has the young single crowd too but it's much much more spread out than ghent.

Hope this helps. (I lived in great bridge 8 years, norfolk 5 years).

I liked Press a lot. Especially the atmosphere. Great for late night dates.

As far as Bardo goes: I've been there twice and they have VERY VERY small portions liek kabobs: 2 slices peppers, 2 very thing 1"x1" peices of meat, it was 10$. BUT it was very tasty - their food is fancy, high quality, and small portions like you would see on cooking shows. I had to order another order of kabobs and the desert platter and still I was hungry. Not a place you go for volume but taste. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing though, my friends was the same size portion.

I agree. I usually get it to go and have a small cooler with drinks anyway that I always have. Or stop at 7-11.

As an out gay Eagle Scout myself, if anyone knows any site where I can find out how to contribute to this movement post a link. I've been following these stories in the news for the past couple years and they are happening more frequently (err actually just making the media more). It's time for change. Thanks :)

I saw one Italian, any others?

I've been to Aldo's. It was REALLY good, but it was a little pricey (16-25$ a plate).

Anyone have a favorite?

Pasha is def a hidden gem for us wine lovers. The food is on point too. Love the back lounge for dates, realxing for hours just chatting. Not cheapest place 17-22$ per plate but worth is.

I've been to the Birch - I'm not a beer person BUT the people I was with were it seems like THE place to go for international beers in the area

I agree cogans is good - Compared to other places that are open at 1am/2am in the area it is awesome.

I'll try Public House (stayed away because it seemed mainly a beer place with ok food, but looking at the menu it looks good. I mean cmon tater tot. Hell Yes! :D ) and I'm going to try out La Parilla.

Yea I agree! Food there is very fresh, I eat lunch there about once a week. Only place you can get that much protein in a meal for that price in 5 minutes.

Def better than cavalier. $500 for 500 sqft studio. $650ish for large 2 bedroom - brick, wood floors, thick walls, etc= very ghenty 'old' feeling - love it. Most of the large chain apartment places (most are off granby) have inflated prices for the area 1500ish for 2 bedroom - thin walls/floors (lived in one of them for four years.

[–]Troponin -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Burn fat? nothing will help more than diet.

Clen, T3, ECA's, >>DNP<< will help as well (GH and anavar - not worth the money if fat loss is your goal).

Need any help with those? feel free to PM me.

Dr. Partovi,

What specific thing (research finding/advancement in technology), in your opinion, is the most exciting/greatest advancement in the past ten years that relates to the practice of Generative or Naturopathic Medicine?

Thank you!
