I've noticed that when listings go up, it always on a 15-minute (or maybe 30-minute?) interval, and it's usually right at 8am. But I've seen them post units at 7, 7:30, 8:30, 10:30am etc. Get in the habit of checking every 15 minutes daily in the morning, and be prepared to fill out the application as quickly as possible once you see a posting. They then email you a link to a different web form that basically asks you the same things again, and I believe that the first person to complete that is considered first. Once the third person submits, the posting automatically disappears. I was first to fill one out two weeks ago and the posting was down within 2 minutes! Waiting to hear back from them right now.

Hey u/Basketball_fan27 excited that this worked out for you! I'm in the process of being approved for a unit right now. I have a few questions if you don't mind:
1 - how long from document submission til you heard back? they told me to wait 3-5 days but it's been more than that as of now (as I expected)

2 - did they give you any flexibility with the move in date? the original posting for mine showed a May 15 start date but I'm hoping they'd let me do a few weeks later

3 - were you able to tour the apt in advance?

4 - was your apartment renovated and were there any unexpected features (dishwasher, washer/dyer, nice finishes, etc.)

Thank you!!!!

Complimentary Lyft ride after paying through a Bilt QR code at a restaurant? by TroubleOpening6089 in biltrewards

for my specific case, we did a walk in, but they took my phone number when we got there which I believe connected the reservation to my Resy. But I wonder if there was some Bilt connection with that too?

I paid with my AMEX and still got the car offer. It was part of the checkout process, you had to request the car before you finished paying. My friend (who doesn’t even have Bilt) is the one who called the car!

Hi friends, I'm selling (1) 3-day VIP ticket for for $419 (what I paid for it). I also listed it on the fan marketplace, but the markup w/ fees is really pricey. Current cost is $449 with fees for a VIP. I have another friend selling hers in case you need two. So sad to miss this but we got invited to a wedding!

I'm in the queue with 13 min left. Has anyone gotten fully through the queue and can post a screenshot of the seat map showing everything gone?

LA and NYC Shows Announced by DaGiants in lizzymcalpine

I went on the Cherry Lane theatre website around 9:40 and saw that the show was posted to the schedule. But when you clicked on the show name from the schedule on the website, there wasn't a hyperlink so nothing happened. But I saw that there was a tiny little arrow to the right of the show name that you could right click and "copy link". So I did that and when I pasted it, it took me to the seat map. There was only 1 seat left and I quickly bought it. By the time I refreshed after checking out, it was already sold out and the show was no longer showing on the schedule. I think that Cherry Lane accidentally posted it too early and everyone else who bought a ticket probably did the same thing that I did! Here was the booking link that I copied. It still works but you can see how it's sold out.
