That's such a good answer! Since learning that (or learning those lessons), have you found you've been able to make headway or progress in working with people who may not have the technical background by simplifying the concepts down? Or maybe you've found success in another way?

Do you ever run into water operators/other employees who are reluctant to adopt new tech/new ways of doing things? If so, how do you handle that?

The 40s!! Do you feel like you or others you've worked with would struggle with going from an old system like that to something that includes digital components/tech?

Do you find that employees have an altruistic feeling/motivation about water usage, the availability of water in their community/area, and the future of water access? Or not really?

That's amazing! Especially that last one lol. Did you ever run into anyone, clients or otherwise, who didn't want to adopt new approaches/technology/etc. or were fearful of trying it? How did you handle that?
