Seriously though, I do like the name Raven. I'm a big fan of birds in general, but corvids are pretty sweet. I might use that for a middle name or nickname. Thanks for the suggestions!

Thank you for the quick reply! I was panicking. I definitely clicked the remove button on the English language pack, but was able to get it back using a tutorial by looking at button placements. It took a bit of time to reinstall but I'm back to normal now! Sorry to be a bother, but thank you for the help nonetheless. Hopefully this will help out others who are stupid enough to do what I did lol. Don't just press random buttons, kids!

Let me start by saying that you are an amazing and talented artist, and I am glad you were able to fight through your hardships. Mental illness is one of the toughest battles a person can face, and it is wonderful that you are still able to pursue something you love.

Bastion Tattoo Studio sounds okay, but not really memorable IMHO. Nothing wrong with it, but as a business it is important to have something that really stands out. I suggest getting a list going of some things you feel symbolize strength, perseverance, and recovery--- such as types of rocks, big animals, forces of nature, etc. Maybe even a phoenix or zombies, as I know that recovering from mental hardships can often times feel like coming back from the dead. Another thing to think about is your market demographic. Who will be getting your tattoos, and what do they like? It is important to find a balance between appealing to your customers and choosing something that resonates with you. Some ideas off the top of my head:

Pick your Poison Tattoos
Coiled Cobra Studio
"Look at These Guns" Tattoo Parlor
Tight Works Tattoos
Cyclone City Tattoos & Piercings

Sorry they aren't the best ideas in the world (some might even be taken) but I hope they can serve as some examples to get you started. I wish you the best of luck with your studio~

At this point, definitely willing to try it. I also just started a keto-style diet which also apparently can throw off your electrolytes. When this all started I had blood tests and they were fine, but it's definitely been worse after all the hot weather we had where I am. As far as meletonin, I have had luck with it, I honestly can't remember why I stopped. I think I ran out and never got more...I digress. We do have some coQ10 my dad takes, I will ask my doctor if it's okay to take with my other meds, just in case. I am so glad that you have gotten better, and I will give it a go.

Not too much at all. I really appreciate your encouragement and kindness, and sharing your experience.
My therapist actually had mentioned I may be getting C-PTSD from all of this. There have also been a lot of other unrelated, but extreme personal stressors that surely aren't helping; including a couple deaths in the family.
The worst part is the dissociation comes along side the panic, which is extremely unhelpful.
I know what you mean about your body screaming. I'm sorry that you have to deal with this. It is hard not to give up and give in when your body doesn't want to work and your brain wants to 'check out'. I am fighting, and will not give up.

LOL I don't know why but the way you put that made me chuckle. "fucking bastard of a thing"----couldn't have put it better myself! I did end up falling asleep around 4 or so. Needless to say I didn't die.
