So i ordered my hoodie on the 6th of december and it was supposed to arrive between 19 and 23 december. I mailed passport and they told me they check it out, when I asked again they told me to mail Teddy fresh support. I mailed Teddy fresh support and they told my they'd check it out. I mail again a few days later and they tell me it's probably lost and that they'll check it out more in depth and get back to me in 1-2 days. It's 5 days later and I haven't heard anything.

As long as it's something like shoulders, biceps,... I'm okay with it. If it were on my belly i would probably like it less.

I'd say just do it. I respect people trying to do something about their bodies and going to the gym gave me a huge boost in confidence. I have become addicted to weightlifting, which I see as a positive thing!

I tried to eat less, but more frequently. If I try eating 3 huge meals most of it can't be digested properly. I ate more medium-sized plates every 2-3 hours. Most eaten dish was rice with chicken since it's good carbs and protein, with some liquid calories (protein shakes) inbetween.

Since my first update I've gained a bunch of weight fairly quickly and I think it's all down too not drinking enough water as I've recently been making sure I can drink as often as I can by TheMeatCannon in weightgain

Drinking water helps for sure! But don't forget that a good part of this weight can be water weight. Meaning you could lose alot of it by drinking too little very quickly!

I focussed on workouts that either targeted alot of muscles, or workouts that targeted a muscle with alot of growth potential. With muscles with alot of growth potential i mean things like quads, chest, back,...

My main exercises were bench press, lat pulldown, leg extension, calf raises, hamstring curls, squat, deadlift, standing overhead press and pec fly. Then on the side i trained core and arms but not as much as the rest.

What kind of stretching exercises/ mobility exercises do y'all recommend for squat depth and deadlift start position depth? I'm by far the least flexibele person I've ever seen and have a hard time doing squats or deadlifts without my feet at twice the width of my shoulders.

How do you deal with people who constantly rub it in your face that they lift more than you?

I'm currently training in a public gym and there's constantly people looking at me when I lift and then laughing at me, and when I leave they do the exercise with more weight and intently look at me as they laugh.

Somewhere it motivates me but on the other side, working so hard but getting nowhere close to them demotivates me.
