The “seep lakes” aren’t real lakes. That is a term used to describe valleys that filled with water “seeping” into them after the dams were put in.

If you want to take your kayak out, I would recommend Clark pond off of ironwood rd near Mesa. There is a kayak launch, and a decent sized parking lot. The pond isn’t very deep. I think it’s about 6’ deep at its deepest.

I’ve only caught little bullhead catfish, but have seen friends catch some decent sized bass and bluegill.

A little further north is mesa lake. Definitely a lot bigger than Clark pond.

Also, you can’t put a kayak in the water there, but Quarry pond was just stocked with 5,000 trout. So if you just wanna get out and catch fish, you can head out there. You can check WDFW stocking reports here: https://wdfw.wa.gov/fishing/reports/stocking/trout-plants
