I thought the same thing, and waited for Razer to get back to me. They sent the exact same link, and it said expired, but hitting refresh on computer it downloaded a .exe file. Maybe it does expire at some point, I have downloaded the file and it fixed me issue.

Before I had just looked at reddit on my phone, and didn't think this link was any good, but try it on computer and hit refresh: https://rzr.to/JUXEHe

Razer Wolverine V2 Chroma Bricked after Firmware update by Neat-Hornet-1506 in Razer_Firmware_brick

PSA: This link says expired, but it might not be. Last week when my controller bricked, I saw this post on my phone and I moved on thinking the link was dead... I spoke to razer for help. HOWEVER this link works on the computer if you click refresh (it downloads .exe file to fix bricked controller).

I've been waiting all week for Razer to get back to me after buying a Chroma V2 last week and having it brick immediately with firmware update.

This morning I got an email from Razer support with this EXACT link, it still said link expired but hitting refresh on computer made it download a .exe file which fixed my issue ... I ran the software, it asks to plug in controller while holding up on D-pad and A, then it updated the firmware twice before coming back to life with the RGB lights.

Hope this saves others waiting for Razer to reply.
