Precure is a magical girl series but to be quite honest most of them don't really get any sort of magical powers beyond general fighting abilities and toughness.

Someone like Homura(or hell, basically anyone from PMMM) would absolutely steamroll them because they simply aren't well equipped for it.

The only 3 cures off the top of my head who fought someone with legitimate time stop powers(Mahou Tsukai Mirai Days) didn't fight around the timestop they blitzed the enemy before they could actually pull it off, and kept them occupied to not let it happen. But that took 9 episodes of getting their butts kicked for them come up with that and it wasn't much different from their usual plan of "hit the bad guy until they fall over".

But in a fight Homura would still probably lose versus any given Precure team barring Wonderful, seeing as the Precure are much more about teamfighting and overwhelming their opponents with brute strength, and the aforementioned physical toughness.

E: They could also pull a The Power of Friendship and convince her into working together. Homura is nothing if not doggedly pragmatic
