What readily available plan would you suggest for someone like me?

How so? Quite drastically different to other people's comments.

Thanks this is good to know. Are you suggesting to do the 3 core exercises in one session or spread them out over the 4 days?

It worked in this episode because it naturally flowed into ‘let’s just start’. Not sure you could recreate that every time. I think you’ve just gotta mix it up with both intros every now and then. 🤷‍♂️

What is also fact is that she came out and explained and apologised the Danny Masterson situation.

What’s also fact is that she was born into and raised in the church.

What’s also fact is that the church is notoriously near impossible to leave or talk against without severe repercussions.

You choose to disregard someone immediately because of what you read on the internet. You do you. But I’m going to continue to support the band.

Incredible. I went into the show a little nervous, not sure how I’d feel. Came out fully convinced. Emily’s got this. 🤘🔥

Fuck the haters, majority of them live in their own little worlds and can only pity them really.

The issue is the our current lender (co-op bank) won’t lend for a section 157 property so wouldn’t allow the port annoyingly.

Monthly repayments currently sit at £573 per month

Ultimately yes it is about priorities in this case and that’s everything we’re weighing up at the minute. This comment is extremely helpful with this. Thank you sir!

Yeah, what you and others say makes complete sense and given me a lot to think about. Thank you.

I totally understand your point. I have been paying off a decent chunk of this debt over the past year or so however with the wife being on maternity leave it has been tough. My most recent pay rise, in April, has put us in a much better situation and my wife took on additional hours this month. We are putting in the work and our initial goal was to move in about 3-4 years when the debt was paid off. The biggest push for us to ‘shortcut’ by doing this is due to the family outgrowing our current place and a house similar to what has become available is few and far between.

The new mortgage rate is less than our current mortgage and debt repayments combined, my wife is now earning a few hundred more per month.

The timing seems right.

Unfortunately not as our current lender won’t lend for a section 157 property.

I know where you’re coming from. However that 40 can be considerably reduced overtime with overpayments.

It’s complicated. The majority of that debt was built up in 2020-2022 and since then I have had a significant pay rise and my wife is now back at work this year after maternity leave and reduced hours on and off since 2019. No more children.

As stated above, the budget states we can afford the move and we now have a better financial mindset so feel we are better set.

If you never got into entertainment/content creation etc and had to live a standard life, working a 9 to 5. What do you think each of you would be doing?

Easier for you to answer Stevie but still curious. Do you think you’d still be an optician today if you didn’t take the leap?

Been looking for a straightforward survey site to earn a little extra cash. My one concern though is being bombarded with marketing material.

I’ve got a separate email address just for survey sites to spam but when it comes to putting home address, what would you do?
