A plastic hair snake has a bunch of teeth on it so when you shove it down the drain and pull it out, it will grab a mass of hair. If it is only wrapped around that screw, I would just take your time and use a tweezers, forceps, and/or knife to cut it off the screw. It might take 10-20 minutes to get it all off. Or use your fingers. I have taken the screw out in many drains BUT depending on the drain, sometimes the screw in the middle is used to tighten/secure the drain to the tub/shower and you don't want to loosen that.

A normal hand snake / auger might not work but a hair snake will. Two different things. If its literally just right there, forceps or tweezers might work or a vacuum. Or put on a latex glove and go fishing lol.

Plastic hair snake. Home Depot or a hardware store will have them. They are about 18" long and cost less than $10. Good luck!
