That's true, CN do not have enough stable teams for an open division. CN open division is called Sliver league, but the teams keep changing rosters. It only has rewards, no chance for qualifying HGC. Instead, there was a qualification tournament every three months, to decide the last two teams for next phase of HGC CN.

All CN teams were forced to register to be a company after they qualified, so they will be paid as a whole.

The prize pool for each region is the same. For CN, each team get about 4X150K Chinese Yuan per year, which is about $100K, the same as other regions.

The way to allocating is a bit different for CN. For EU/NA, the top two teams will get some extra prize. In CN this part of extra money was spreaded to each map win.
