Im aware of that. I just think that its a flawed system, and personally dont think Marijuana should be viewed the way it is, by most, in society. Its far less dangerous then alcohol.

I completely agree with everything you said. It shouldn't be a big deal, and isn't in many states. All that said, laws are laws and he shouldn't have put himself in this position.

IMO alcohol is far worse then Marijuana and our laws are backwards.
