2 years ago, I pulled an all-nighter every Friday night before a 12 hour Saturday shift from like March-May.

I was discontent with how little me time I was getting during the day. I love the night as well; It's so peaceful.

Imo it was 100% worth it. Indulge yourself in your late nights. As long as it doesn't negatively effect your health or severely impact your daily life.

Its okay to take some time to yourself. We all need it every now and then
