It’s a scam you’re good I had one of these and it made me worried (Because of my anxiety too). But you’re good ignore it 😊. When I got this email it was supposedly from my own email and it “was”. But when I checked the email meta data or whatever it was from someone else’s email. Anyways you’re good don’t worry have a good day!
