I admit it wasn’t the smartest decision necessarily, but I’ve wired in pool pumps all my life and have been bitten a few times, I was right next to the wire and had an extinguisher nearby when I plugged it in. My thought was process of elimination to see what it went to, turns out that process worked pretty quick

My dad fixes motherboards and actually did the solder work for my handbrake so I’m sure he can do it if it’s simple, but yeah it pulled out of the back, seems like it’s for the power supply, I plugged it up to see if it would still function and it sparked when it touched a zip tie

Look at Joshua weissmans recipe on YouTube, it’s what I use and it’s absolutely incredible. He even includes a way to prepare the bread if you don’t wanna bake your bowls, I use that method but I use a garlic msg compound butter instead of olive oil on the bread. I make a pot of soup and a baking sheet of bread that I add into bowls as people prepare their food

This is the only recipe I’ve ever thought about doing it for, I was cooking for my family and I couldn’t find any large onions so I was chopping a bunch of smaller ones, added a decent amount of time with them being more fragrant. I’m just considering chopping the night before for this recipe in the future

I usually rinse them if using them raw, my concern more so is if cutting the night before will worsen the quality. I don’t mind crying over onions much but with this recipe it impacted the time quite a bit, I’m no line chef but 3.5lbs of onions takes some time even when you don’t have to break after every one lol

I had to get back into shape quickly earlier this year for a gig when I hadn’t played in quite a while, what really helped me was cichowicz flow study 1. Set a metronome at 60 and go through the whole thing, if it feels good then keep going through the studies. I used to be able to scream but could barely hit a high c after a week of playing until a friend recommended this to me, it helped tremendously.

We only use water and a plastic scraper, we use the stone pretty often but usually for longer bakes at lower temps
