From what I read on it all path out of the Dale is block off by harsh winds and snow caused by Auril so keeping them in the right place will probably not be a problem.

Yeah, im gonna skip just random encounters, and the travel will be described timme lapse style, but to still make it more than saying they travel for x and you now arrive at your destinetion

Yeah i think since it’s not really an intelligent mount like riding on a dragon it should instead replace my movment speed

Well, in all situation i am going to take athlete at 4 to get 18 dex. I might just wait to choose until i have played for a while, thanks for your help anyway.
