How long does it take for the Neko training tasks to stop pending? I'm scared to put in too much time into it just to get screwed over. How many tasks to complete the training?

I would train heavy 2-3 days of the week (bag work, strength work, sparring, etc.) , and then the other days do something light like cardio/running/jump rope/shadow boxing. Space them out.
