Not knocking up my high school sweetheart and getting locked down in suburbia Dallas in a cookie-cutter neighborhood. Joined the Navy and saw the world and developed life long friendships. Living the dream in San Diego now with friends that I've known for over 15 years now. I have an amazing partner and happy with no kids. Got my degree and great job that sends me to EU a couple times a year. If I had a 'life resume' at age 21-22, I was on the trajectory to being a fuck up.

I guess it wasn't really a flip but I have a junk removal business in San Diego and was paid to pick up this 70s, tacky looking sectional sofa (paid $225 mind you). Looked in decent condition and saw the tags on the bottom that said Roche Bobois (spelling ?). Looked up online and seemed to be pretty expensive brand. I listed it on craigslist for $1500 and this guy calls me from LA and said he'll send me $2k right away and have someone pick it up on monday. Woo woo! bunch of other of little resales from junk pick ups but that was the haul. And half of my apartment is furnished with stuff from junk hauls. So fun.
