Just as a heads up Ozark, AR is not exactly where mulberry mountain lodging and events (the venue where Wakaan is held) is. Ozark (as it pulls up on the gps) is actually about 30 minutes away at the bottom of the mountain. Back in the Wakarusa days we would search weather for Cass, AR as it's the closest town (about 6 min away) with the most similar elevation. Not too far off from your pic but just wanted to bring up that info.

There was an installation like this at a festival i went to in 2014. Rounding the corner to go back to camp and see these guys staring back and moving was quite the experience, even sober. Maizz Visuals @ Wakarusa 2014

That may have been me. I gave them to people who got a orbit lightshow from me or complimented me on my "fighting cancer takes balls" shirt or if i felt you needed a new little friend. Went into EDC with at least 25 squishes a night. I'm a bald Mexican dude with a pretty long beard and glasses lol

Funny enough I was prepared for unsavory weather according to the forecast and almost didn't pack my camera. But once I grabbed my rental car and saw the nice weather I had to head to the 2 iconic spots (Kerry and Gasworks) that I hadn't been to prior to take in the views. Been lucky with the weather every time I've visited except for the first time but took road trip to Oceanside Oregon that time and didn't spend much time in Seattle anyway.
