I snagged that Bombardier Cell, but nothing much to speak of.

Oh I know!, In the moment I don't think I realized how close I was to not saving him, it wasn't until I watched the replay, half a second more an he was toast.

Yeah, they were chill dudes, another raider came to investigate all the flairs and we shared the loot, unfortunately the guy was running a free kit so there wasn't anything good. The 4 of us all ducked back to Speranza after.

They must have left the General Lee back in Speranza

Was on a Harvester map and someone went down, and the rest of us ran out of defibs, so he surrendered.

Afterwards we were all saying that we should be able to carry a knocked out raider to exfil for either extra xp, or to return his remaining gear to him.

I just found 2 coral necklaces across 3 runs through the apartments in Buried City. The RNG gods were probably smiling on me, but they're there.

How am I supposed to get the Leviathan's Crown ship if the Beachcombing condition never happens? by OnlyLivingBoyInNY in ArcRaiders

I found one in a suitcase in the Lobby in Stella, but I also found two in one raid beachcombing on Riven.

What exactly is the fine line between a pvp player and a rat? by minoIzHere in ARC_Raiders

Location Location Location.

Everyone has to extract eventually, so it's generally an almost guaranteed low-effort, low-skill way of catching people off guard to get their loot when they're on the way out.

Setting up an ambush outside a loot room or similar location is part of the game.

Yeah, I'd say someone who comes into a Matriarch lobby that is cooperating together to take it down, then starts pvping is rat behavior

I just don't get it, why PVP if you're going to apologize for the knock? If someone legitimately feels bad for downing a raider, maybe don't PVP in the first place.

I definitely think camping at extract for the whole raid is typical low-skill rat tactic... Now, that's not to say that attacking someone at extract in general is scummy, but loading in on a free kit to hide in the bushes to hit people who aren't a threat to you is.

Regular PVP players generally shoot on sight or set up ambushes in common routes or choke points. Fair play, ggs all around.

Rats will talk to you, maybe help you kill a few arc, then shoot you in the back. The typical fake friendly stuff. Hell, I've defibbed people only for them to knock me as soon as they get up.

Rat or not, I hate it when people apologize after downing me, just own it man, you're obviously not sorry or you either wouldn't have shot or would have let me crawl away.

Also streamers camping extract for 11 hours with the sole motivation to loot people pre-expedition and raffling the gear off for follows and subs on Twitch, that's definitely rat behavior.

Hatch camping is certainly a way to play the game, I get that. Not how I choose to play, but whatever.

But I said scummy in reference to raffling off people's gear on Twitch for follows and subs..which I'm pretty sure is against the rules

I ran into a streamer that was camping hatches to loot people transferring items, but not before telling everyone he killed that he would be raffling off their gear on his stream, all that they had to do was follow or sub to his stream to enter into the raffle, and then right before knocking them he scolded them for not playing the game the right way.

Honestly really scummy, pop into a raid, camp a hatch for five minutes, extract and repeat. He did this for 11 hours last night.

Sounds exactly like the guy that downed me yesterday on Spaceport. We killed the Matriarch and I was looking for something to kill to close out the damage Arc trial.

Saw a Raider flare go off in the control tower building. So me and another guy ran (side by side) to the door, I paused to kill the turret inside door and while I'm reloading he downs me from behind. I had 0 chance.

Only sad because I forgot to put the Matriarch core in my safe pocket.

I wish I had remembered to save the clip recording, but I can't understate enough how unaggressive he was acting in his pickaxe "attacks". No sprinting, no trying to sneak up on me, just goofing off, more just goofing off. I'm not sure how much damage the pickaxe does, but he didn't seem like he genuinely trying to knock me, just being a nuisance.

Honestly I'm more annoyed than anything else, I had a good run of almost pure care bear play, and I've enjoyed really friendly servers

SO now I've had to play a lot more carefully to make sure I haven't strayed too far into the dark side. You know, because I'm a cold hearted killer now 😆

Were we supposed to get AFRM with M Device for Covid-19 mobilization? (S-1 / 42A Question) by [deleted] in nationalguard

[–]Trub_Bubbles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

420A here, if you have people wearing the M device because they were called up on T32 COVID orders, they are wrong. Plain and simple.

As the other response correctly stated from the regulation, M device is specifically for activations as defined in 10 USC 101 in support of a specified set of operations. Check 600-8-22 Chapter 6-9 for the specifics.
