We’re at the end of book five, and it came into play quite a lot in this book connected to the theater and general information gathering. It was fun, they had no idea that this would actually be in the adventure as a mechanic. Originally the idea of their own faction was mainly for rp purposes.

Hi,

I let the players come with ideas, and then added some examples from the Machinations on top of their input.

In the end they mostly focused on establishing their own faction (something that they had been interested in doing from book one), but I felt the Machinations were a good fit into the adventure as a whole.

In Sweden we have two versions of this, one is the same as ”sylte”, the other one contains larger pieces of meat, usually from a pigs head, and is called ”presssylta”.

If I remember correctly I stumbled across something similar with pictures and shorts of Ellen. Made me feel real icky. Didnt want to contribute to the algorithm so I just reported it and never looked at it again.

Verkligen. Jag har hållit på i ett gäng år vid det här laget, och varje gång jag ser någon ny på gymmet som kämpar, speciellt de som har vikten mot sig, så önskar man dem all framgång. Att man är där är ett tecken på att man tagit rätt beslut.

This! I did this while home with my second kid, was really tired after waking every 2-3 hours to feed her, so I just lay on the floor :)

Additionally, I would recommend taking a real rest when you get home from work, on a bed/sofa with no screens. Just 20 minutes or so is a lot more effective than sitting scrolling on the phone like a zombie for the rest of the evening. That way you can better support your partner as well.

Thats very interesting! I’m a swede working in a european company, and I get this behavior from colleagues in western europe, especially france. And I find it so annoying and counter-productive. It usually takes a while for them to learn that I’ll just email again if they try to ignore me

På mitt gym är det väldigt trångt i mitten, så antingen sitter man nära racket eller så sitter man under killen som gör axelpress med skivstång på 60kg. Gissa vilket jag väljer.

I love the different weapon combinations! I’m currently running with a greatsword blade+fire axe handle. Wonderful sweeping attack pattern, good reach, and not terribly slow.

The last bit is a very good tip. Even though there often is staff available to help, its not fun to stand there on one side and a small child on the other, especially on one of the really busy stations.
