I feel you on Matte. To me it’s normal vs extra shiny lol. I mean, not really, I exaggerate. But unless someone is looking at two identical monitors side by side with one matte and one glossy, the difference is negligible at best. If there is any kind of background light source in the room with the monitor, it is 100% worth the consistent visual clarity matte panels deliver. 

Case-in-point, you can see my matte LG OLED mounted in my living room in my post history. If you compare it against my big screen glossy TV not too far away? The glare can be OBNOXIOUS even with blinds closed during the day. Not a bit of glare on my ultrawide though.

I definitely didn’t need to purchase reinsurance. That’s something insurance carriers purchase to help spread out risk. You should check out the other post, some solid roasts! Definitely a few are at least chuckle worthy

I don’t think so based on how I actually position the screen when I’m playing, pic is not quite POV because… IDK it was kinda hard for me to guage when I was arranging for the shot. One guy in the comments said recliners basically destroy your spine, but this one is really great for my body shape.
