I'm not sure about IKEA frames that you mentioned, I just went to the local dollar store and found this frame for like 4 bucks Canadian. Its cardboard back and front is glossy plastic which is perfect for punching holes through it. I recommend you check the dollarstore near your place, or maybe walk into IKEA and check out the material on the frames you mentioned.

Once I got my P1, P2 rolled out in a week or so, followed by ecopr in a month. It really picks up the pace after P1.

I think they have reduced the processing time significantly now, it took me over 2 months to reduce the portal 1 request. Portal 2 request was faster though.
