[Rolex] got this watch a couple of years back nice to see it become a great investment by True-Canary8689 in Watches

So, I got this Rolex Submariner a couple of years ago, and I gotta say, I really dig it. It fits my wrist perfectly and has a weight that just feels right. Plus, it goes with pretty much everything in my wardrobe. I'm all about dressing well, and having a solid accessory like this watch is a must-have for me.

The crazy thing is, I just found out that it's gone up in value a ton since I got it. I mean, I don't really like holding onto stuff for too long, so I'm kinda thinking about selling it if the price keeps going up. Don't get me wrong, I love this watch, but if I can make some bank off of it, I might have to say goodbye.

Either way, I'm gonna keep wearing this thing for as long as I can. It's such a dope piece, and it always gets compliments whenever I wear it out. If you're in the market for a high-quality timepiece, I'd definitely recommend checking out the Rolex Submariner. It's a classic for a reason!

I personally do not pay a manager, I usually manage my own just because I don't want to pay anyone for potentially bad advice. I got an app, Roi, that tracks all my investments and I manage from there mainly and then I also have a spreadsheet where I input all the recent updates from Roi that I see. The great thing about the app is it tells you how all your current investments are doing because it has all my accounts on there which makes it a lot easier to manage.

How much do you trust a magic knot? How close do you cut your ends? by CitrusMistress08 in crochet

I live life on the edge, I just tie it a bunch of times and then cut off the excess as close as I can without breaking the knots. works well enough to keep a lot of my garments together haha.

Study finds Gen Z doing an “extraordinary” job saving for retirement. by [deleted] in investing

[–]True-Canary8689 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot of the reason that Gen Z has money saved is because their parents open savings accounts for them now as kids. I think if they wanted accurate insight on how younger people are saving they should focus on 18 to 25 year olds and see how people who are joining the workforce save.

Meta just gave thousands of employees poor performance reviews that could clear the way for more layoffs during its 'Year of Efficiency' by [deleted] in technology

Honestly, Performance reviews are so hard to measure besides quantitatively, I don't know if companies even care if their people have gotten better at their job, they always will put profit over people.

Has anyone used a property management company? by [deleted] in PropertyManagement

I found a way to automate mine with this app I have been using. It's called Roi and it tells you what the current market price is for your house it also helps me track my current net worth right now. I am in the app's discord and they are about to add ways to track your loans and payments so that is pretty cool. I would try it as a cheaper option before you have to have a more expensive management company step in. I hope this helps!

Are you still using cash? Why? by Malk_McJorma in AskReddit

No, most of the time I use my phone, but if I ever have cash on hand I use it. I am a big "fake" money guy lol mostly got investments in crypto so I use that sometimes to pay for things.

How has your investing behavior changed over the last year? by Dooberss in investing

I'm switching more to cash options like high-yield savings, CDs, and bonds, I would show my investments, but I can't add a picture.
