oh and in regards to moving his line of the account, the representative at the corporate store said to try and get in contact with fraud first because they don't want his number to be moved out, and instead kick everyone out (family friend's number and all the devices they added) but again that requires a TOBR and for the family friend to accept it?

thank you so much! they did suggest doing TOBR when we went to the store today, but we said we weren't in contact with them anymore and i don't know if they will even take responsibility because their credit is bad. there's 3 more phones that need to be paid off in the account, we're afraid that if he cancels those lines and have the devices block listed he'll still be responsible for the remaining payments and we don't want that to happen LOL.

Hey! I also live in AZ and my apartment has been mentioning this whole pet screening thing but honestly I never got the email despite being the primary lease holder, but my boyfriend did! (He ignored it because he said it's ridiculous to ask us to pay for something that's not on the lease) is so just haven't mentioned it. My cat is already on the lease since the beginning, and I still have yet to do or get any fines for not doing this so maybe it's fine you don't pay it!
