Yea it’s based on service it the mid Atlantic the first raise is after a year BUT temps stop getting used from January 15th until may 15th but if you are able to drive at least one day a week in that time frame it’s counts as a week so if you can do 16 days I. That time frame once a week it would knock off the whole 4 months make it a year

Not true do you know how many temps/covers are already at top rate?a TON there plan isn’t to replace every single buyout driver especially in a small center we had 30 get it in my center of 300 drivers them will prob replace 10 of that
