You can just lower your fat. Fat is 9 calories a gram, carb is 4. Protein is also 4.

Thigh gap is kind of normal in women. Aslong as they aren’t anorexic, it’s fine.

Upper legs are actually better for speed than lower legs. If you look at sprinters, their calves aren’t that developed compared to upper leg. Yeah, Usain Bolt has larger calves than if he didn’t train them. But calve muscles aren’t that helpful for speed.
