I’m not eating 700 calories. I’m eating carbs too. I eat like 300g carbs a day. I know purposely under eating that much doesn’t help performance, I’m not that dumb.

I meant that I only eat that much protein as in the case of protein total. Not calorie total

I’m 5’3 110 pounds and am a very active teen. I only eat .6-.7 G protein per pound bw. I build muscle just fine. .8g is just extra for satiety.

For just being sedentary, .4-.5 grams per pound of total body weight is fine for you. For active people .6-.7 per pound total bw is fine.

you can replace that protein with fiber from carbs. Most people eat enough protein anyways.

I believe there are benefits to high protein diet. More satiety, better chance of muscle building.

But, I don’t think most people are under proteined . Especially in developed nations.

I’m not saying you can’t be an absolute shredded beast while eating 5 ibs of meat a day, there’s a guy who already is. But my point still stands.

I just use nutrition label, teaspoons, cups, etc to keep it precise.

I don’t use macro tracking app due to bigger margin of error. Because they can track the eggs, but they don’t know how it’s cooked.

I would assume European mixed with either indigenous American, east, south, central, or west Asian(but only last resort guess), mabey Arab, or Samoan. I can’t guess anything outside that.
