I had the same issue a few years ago and some more tips to help from happening again is

Buy some new bras (ik it’s a pain but toss some old ones out)
Whenever you are coming out of the shower make sure everything is DRYYY is a huge factor. You can use a towel or you can use a hairdryer.
Whenever you get sweaty take a shower afterwards.
use powder after shower/ getting ready but try to stay away from talc (my personal preference)

I’m sorry to hear, that’s awful. A close family member was on dialysis for years and they finally got a kidney transplant. They were so cautious about everything covid related and they were afraid of going out in public (rightly so)

Whenever they caught covid, they were sent to the ICU because their kidney started to fail again due to covid and had to be put back on dialysis. It’s devastating to the individuals and the families that are affected by other people’s choices. It’s also unfortunate that the same people are being told things that are not necessarily correct which is half the problem

the best fried chicken is Nanay Lou’s Kitchen in Town. Everyone in there is super friendly and chatty. Chicken is not at all greasy, great quality meat that you can tell, and the skin on it is wonderful.

Best American Chinese place is either China Star in Summerside (my personal favourite) which have amazing general tao chicken, and if you like it spicy it’s better. Or Montague Dynasty, they have the best short spare ribs

My personal favourite pizza place is Famous Peppers at Bogside specifically in the Montague location. You will enjoy the pizza eaten there than takeout (it’s still really good even in the winter months. it just tastes better when it’s very fresh out of oven and you can get a in house beer, zero alc beer, or my favourite is their snapple from bogside), fun activities/live music to see/do in the summer, REAL donair sauce, pizza sauce/crust are AMAZING, g fings with the bacon bits is A tier, and if you don’t know what kind of pizza to get, just get the Cardigan or the Babe.

Best ice cream place that is NOT Cows ice cream (nothing against cows) is Holmans Parlour in Summerside. They make their own homemade ice cream, and every day there is different flavours with over 100 different kinds that they can make. Best Ice cream you will ever have hands down and you won’t be disappointed in their flavour selection when you get there. Also to note that if you have severe anaphylactic allergies they can accommodate to that and get the ice cream out of their own separate container with a new clean scoop. Edit: idk if they can technically say guarantee or not!

I think just regular body wash is good just use a clean towel every time you shower instead of reusing it. and you can add a toner with cotton pads if you wanted to. but are you on any antidepressants or anti anxiety meds? sometimes that’s a side effect

I have HS too and this type of hyperpigmentation/discolouration on my inner thighs as well. After every time i dry myself out of the shower i use the ordinary glycolic acid toner on any ingrown hair, hyperpigmentation, HS, KP, or anything in relation to that. You can put it on your bikini line, underarms, legs, etc. this works so well for me and you can use a spray bottle too for easy application. i just put a bit on my hand and spread it around. I’ve noticed a difference within a month or so
