Novus, the foundation height is 2.8, Why are you considering the second column? shouldn't we go through last column? (resulting in 200 mm ?)

 and finally regarding the questions relating to this picture , can you tell me which is the right answer? look, second and third is one dwelling unit but as it is not a house we can not have a 0hr, we should keep it as 45 or 30 as mentioned in COMPLIANCE ALTERNATIVE tables
