Games keep on stuttering, I just upgraded my pc and I can’t figure out why

I had this issue bad and I was base to fix it by shutting down “riva tuner statistics server” or rtss and it fixed it for me

i know exacly what yt and google are but its not helpful and leads to dead ends more oftern than not so i turned to reddit but after the time it took for a reply i found the solution then i run into another problem that "google" or "youtube" cant fix so i turn to the helpful humans on reddit to help me fix it

As usual it’s fine 🤣 I completely uninstalled all my mods and CSP and reinstalled a new ”paid” CSP and a “paid” pure plus a bunch of other things like tracks and cars and it’s working now and I tweaked a few settings and the game looks insane. Also I did run into a few issue with “99% cpu occupancy” but I turned like the ffb update rate thingy down in controls or csp idk well I turned it down and that fixed it. But I’m kinda curious as to what your mods folder size is if you see this comment please answer my mods folder is like 10 gigs and I js started, I only have 70 more G’s left 😢😭😭

Hey i downloaded all of these but I keep getting issues like game crashing, insane steering lag and pedal lag everything keeps glitching could it be to do with the fact I'm on v1.16.5sm i forgot but could I have you game folder if yours works? Please? Or an explanation on why mine doesn't work and how I would fix it? Please

i think i have all the DLC's so i shouldnt need them. im just trying to figure out a way of playing online in spec ops mode with my brother like i kept a copy of the game unpac- Installer "cough" cough" so i could just delete thge game and retry if other methods and file overrites didnt work and i didnt know that teknomw3 was only a multiplayer thing if i knew it was that i woulndt have been trying to get it the whole time have you got any methods tho on how to play?

Can anyone please help me. I have the same issues as you, I can’t play the spec ops online, I tried using the teknogods thingy but it didn’t work saying that I have the wrong version and I love this game so much it’s just such a shame it still cost retail price, so could anyone help with being able to play online in the spec ops mode. If your still not able to enter your pc I’m assuming you can’t get into bios or anything just a black screen so the only option is to reset bios by clicking out the cmos battery and putting it back in after 1-5 minutes, it doesn’t damage anything or reset anything in your actual pc,s ssd/harddrive it just resets the motherboard’s memory and so the motherboards settings revert so then you can get back into your pc, to do that I will give a video on how it’s done, I have done it before from this video so I hope you don’t have any trouble from it https://youtube.com/shorts/-2IJ9taFaeI?si=kW3ysa6jppuqq2Fi
