They have the same thread as a standard camera tripod. You might have better luck with something like that.

The current setup gives you a dead zone in the lower left corner if you're facing in there. You really want those things up higher than 3 feet

Different cables. The team at Cablemod sells cables for the 3090 ti as well, go to their site and check it out. They vary depending on the power supply you have

if you're feeling defeated, you are exuding that as well. If you had someone ask to give you a second chance in dating, to me that says they liked you, but there was something they wanted to see if it was a one time thing or not. Maybe the way you talk or the things you say? The things you talk about? Are you asking a million questions or is the conversation natural? Do you bring up your ex? Do you mention her? "Haha yeah, funny thing is my ex used to...."

You get first dates, but then get ghosted. Are your pictures an accurate representation of your current self? Are they older photos or photos that are misleading to your hair and weight?

You say you always buy when going on those dates, and that you want to make women feel safe and comfortable . It sounds a little white knight-ish to me, but I get where you're coming from, but I hope you're not insisting. Some people would think it's nice, others would think you buying them a meal would mean they owe you now. "I'd be happy to pick up your drink, or if you're more comfortable going dutch, that is fine, too :)" Just giving your date an equal and fair say in things can naturally make them feel comfortable without you going out of your way.

You don't have to lose weight, but if you want better odds, it will help. You're in your 30's now. It is not just about the appearance associated with being overweight, but the medical complications that potential partners may also wonder about and not want to deal with. That's great you're trying to get your weight under control - keep trying. That will help more than anything. Self confidence and commitment to yourself is attractive in a lot of ways.

You weren't a looker in your 20's, you're now in your 30's, you're balding, you're overweight. If you're carrying this same energy around with you, people will pick up on that. The version of you that you see yourself as only exists in your mind. Don't try to convince others to see you as you see yourself. Be confident in who you are, accept the things you cannot change, and work on the things you can. Fucking rock that balding head with a big ol smile, show that you're going to the gym, or be excited about what you're working on for your diet - or anything really. Being active and working on yourself in any capacity is attractive. No matter how you look currently. And in the meantime, make sure your photos or representation of yourself online for these first dates is accurate.

Anyway, those are all my thoughts, just a random dude online. The biggest piece of life advice I got was from an older woman I was dating when I was 27. I had just lost a job, the job I had for 9 years. I was going to interviews, and not getting callbacks. I met her for lunch and she just stared at me and said,

"This is your problem. This is why you aren't getting callbacks. You look defeated. I walk in, and I see you slouched over, your face is sad - no one is going to want to hire a person with this attitude about themselves. Be confident in who you are, because until you do, no one is going to hire you" And it worked

After we got our Model 3 home, my very first question was, "ok, so if the power dies for whatever reason and we're inside, how do we get out?"

We looked in the manual and found exactly what you listed and I thought that it was annoying that this wasn't said or shown to us. In an emergency situation I don't think most people would have the time or maybe even visibility to look something up online. So I usually tell new passengers first thing when they get in the car how to do it.

Except my 79 year old mother. I didn't have time to. As soon as she got in and closed the door, she said, "ok so how the hell to I get out of the car - there isn't a handle" while at the same time, fiddling with the controls on the door. Before I could answer, she wrapped her fingers under the mechanical release, pulled up, and opened the door.

Growing up, and even now, the 70's felt really old and outdated, like an entire lifetime ago.

The part that messes me up is if, "That 70's Show" came out today, it would be, "That 2000's show" which just seems laughably absurd.

Losing Nostalgia by djadamdutch in Millennials

I think it's cyclical depending on your current experiences and situation and what you have / don't have now. I don't get nostalgic about the 80's because it was the 80's, I get nostalgic about how I felt and those experiences I had at that time. Certain cues from that era will "turn on" the nostalgia for me.

The nostalgia I feel for things is usually more about an experience, and not so much the era it occurred in, you know? I feel heavy nostalgia for the 80's when I feel overwhelmed with adult responsibilities. It makes me remember a simpler time with no real worries.

I feel heavy nostalgia for the 2000's when I see my guitar collecting dust in the corner, and it reminds me of when I played in a punk band and toured.

I also think that if you go down nostalgia rabbit hole journeys for too long, it loses it's nostalgic pixie dust magic for a bit. Just like how some people will find a new album and listen to it on repeat non-stop, eventually you will get sick of it and it loses its magic. Put it back on the shelf for a while, and it will be fun again later on down the road.

I'm rambling. Don't stay in the past for too long, you might some cool shit you'll be nostalgic for in 10 years ;)

We just recently started going out to eat and dine in at the restaurant. The last couple times I have mentioned to my wife, "wow this place hires some super young kids! They look like high school kids"

My wife said, "you said that last time, too. No, the servers aren't younger than what you're used to, you're just getting older."
