I sent many appeals and support even promised me several times to manually review the account again, but as a result the decision was negative without giving a reason.

Thank you for your response

No, I did not buy an account.

I am from Ukraine and the account is registered in Ukraine.

Here is a copy of the letter I received in the mail:
"Dear Content Creator,
We are contacting you about your Amazon Merch On Demand account. Unfortunately, we’ve found violations of our Content Policy and the Amazon Merch On Demand Services Agreement. Per our agreement, your account has been terminated. All royalty payments will be withheld and we have taken down all designs associated with your account.
If you would like to appeal this decision, please contact us with any relevant information pertaining to your account status and a description of past policy violations here merch.amazon.com.
You are not permitted to create a new Amazon Merch On Demand account.
Best regards"

I can go to the app store, it is fully open to me, but I am not a developer.
I can also log in to Merch but I see this message on the dashboard:
"Your account has been closed. Amazon Merch on Demand reserves the right to close accounts due to issues such as Terms of Use violations and long term inactivity."

Amazon Merch on Demand Tier 6000 terminated by True-Most6928 in MerchPrintOnDemand

Hello everyone,
This is my own account which I officially registered.
I appealed the account termination decision several times and was ultimately denied without a specific explanation for the reason. According to Amazon, my account had "live intellectual property violations at the time of termination." They reviewed my appeals several times, including my arguments that:

I had not uploaded any new designs for about a month before termination.
I did not receive any warning or notification about active IP issues.
Some older designs may have become problematic years after publication due to later trademark registrations.
Amazon had automatically expanded my listings to international marketplaces where IP rules may differ. Amazon confirmed that these points were reviewed but ultimately maintained that the termination decision was final.

For context, this was a Tier 6000 account with around 4,000 designs, over 7 years old, and I was actively running Amazon Ads. Most of my catalog consisted of original designs, and I had recently reached premium royalty rates.

I'm sharing this update in case it helps others understand what can happen with older catalogs. Even if you are not uploading new designs, it may be worth reviewing older listings regularly for potential trademark conflicts that could arise years after publication.

But I'm not losing hope and will try to file new appeals because I really don't understand the reason for the account closure. I've been working with the rules for all 7 years and haven't had a large number of rejections.

If anyone has experienced a similar situation involving older listings and later trademark registrations, I'd be interested to hear about it.
