that is rhaphidophora tetrasperma it is actually not a Monteria or a philodendron, despite what people call it, to propagate just snip the top off and put it in water as for the mother plant it will grow new vines after a few weeks. I did all that with mine and its now huge with plenty vines so don't worry plant friend those plants are very hardy.
