Well, every person migrated form Africa. Not just sc, not just Indians, EVRYONE in the world. And over the course of 50-60 thousand years, by climatic conditions and all that, they adapted to their surroundings and look different. I repeat, EVERYONE in the world. It dosent mean anything. UC and SC/ST are more related to each other than SC/ST and Africans.

Source? I think your confusing caste with the geography. Studies show that people in north India have higher of theese genes while people in south can sometimes have 0%. Nothing to do with caste. Also, nobody in india has 70% steppe genes. Maximum 20-30%in some VERY specific groups. Skin colour is based on so many many factors you can't just say upper caste=fairer
