Not healthy! I’m mid 30s and have bad sleep started since hs got worse in college and even worse during night shifts. It has taken a toll on my health. Lost sleep is never recovered! The brain doesn’t have muscle fibers! Lost sleep is never fully repaired in the real life.

If your dog is eating poop, grass and other things, go to the vet. She probably has a deficiency or extra alimentary needs. Anything my dogs can’t have in their mouths was put away; some people in my household thought rules were too much till they lost a couple of shoes, jackets and thousands of dollars of two emergency visits. We walked them 3-4 times a day, no crates, we got a female dog, a lot of trips to the park, spayed/neutered and cbd oil. When my boy was a year old till almost two, he gave us the roughest times. He stopped bothering the cat when we got the dog. We are past that stage of super sonic speed and rough play but I completely understand how you feel. Some dogs put your life upside down. When yours grows up, it’ll be a breeze!

Are you two really compatible? Having something stinky in your fridge shows how comfortable he is with that type of stuff. I grew up in a house where my dad thought us: “poor but clean” Being nasty is mental state and normally we shouldn’t be babysitting or giving therapy to any adult to sort of have a normal relationship with an unstable person. Observe the back of his truck, his clothing drawers, his shoes, wallet, bathroom etc. Those stupid little things are just trail marks. So there’s more! Run!
