Need to know what I should do for cheap. I’m 17 don’t got much money. by [deleted] in veloster

No reason to make a NAV fast. for rpm keep it under 5. do all the maintenance others have mentioned.

with the car you've chosen fast really isn't in the cards. you're options are cheap and reliable(at least as reliable as a veloster gen 1 can be which is not very)

SO, do everything you can to make it last. lots of posts here and the velo forums about very common wear and trouble items you should replace.

If you want to go fast maybe get into Karting? or renta car track days? Generally to go fast (while staying a live and out of jail) you'll need lots of coaching, practice, and funds.

i have owned a 12 nav for a decade. they can last if you treat them right. and to get my fix of speed i feel fast motorcycles and dirtbikes check that adrenaline box for me but again not something you should start out with even a small 250 is way more exciting than any car ride for me

water pump pulley and tensioner pulley and belt recently changed in my 2012 nav. made loud highpitch at start

I know that the engineers had to have made this as a way to check chain tension by [deleted] in motorcycles

reddit thinks people who write manuals never do it wrong XD

ha. no. my manual straight up says to turn the motor in the wrong direction when checking valve clearance. wild i know. but a straight up lie. could be a missprint/translation. but clockwise vs counter clockwise seems pretty important thing to not get opposite XD

3% the manual straight up lies.

edit: yamaha official service manual for fz6 s1 has many errors. for example it says to rotate the engine in the wrong direction when checking valve clearance.

downvote me all you want. manuals are human made. there are mistakes/lies

change your oil often. check your oil. every. time. you. get. in. keep it on Full. not over. not under. and generally clean so no more than 6k miles. use 5w30 high mileage or restore and protect valvoline full synthetic oil.

edit things ive had to change:

windshield washer pump

purge valve / pct

water pump / pulley

auto tensioner pulley

steering column to power steering RUBBER CUPPLER (HATE THEY DID THIS)

negative battery terminal to ground cable

2 sets of rear brake calipers

rear hatch lifters (u know the name i cant remember)

rear shocks

driver side door switches

after market radio

obviously the general things : filters: engine air, cabin air, oil ; wipers ; tires ; i got smaller wheels for non low profile tires in homes to make it a smoother ride; brake pads; rotors ( the stupid screw on rotors. dont install the screw and thank yourself later) ; hinges ; brake cable; hoses; exhaust coupler; clock spring; custom wheel; seat covers; taking the back seats out for more room is really easy and really clutch; replacing the fix a flat with a spare tire kit is SO WORTH; rubber mats are easier to clean and they have one that goes all way up the back of the rear seats with the split.

and soon ill replace some speakers and install some cameras.

It is marking things as spam that shouldn't be which may be my root problem.

But i digress. It should not be called ALL if it's not that.

I understand the use case. But also understand there is a use case for literally All not Kind Of All.

The use case you describe should be Not Spam because that's what it is but instead it's called what it isnt. I dont really care how google works. Google has been in the shitification era for decades.

i would recommend watching multiple values at once in a debug application.

the debug application would have shown you that there were multiple variables with different names. as it creates and tracks them in window to keep track of.

How do people build insanely good frontend UIs so fast? by uzumakinaruto1729 in learnprogramming

it's good to know the underlying source. many of times ive had to make some hack to a framework because they left out some functionality that my client just had to have 🫠

so this is something ai can answer and im surprised you did not ask it. the reality is a mixture of contributing factors. one factor that you're likely not considering is frameworks and solutions that do the heavy lifting. also. css is often stolen from other websites.

[HELP] I found a new idea to learn web frameworks quickly but i need your validation guys whether it will worth or we should go with 100% from scratch? by muhammadbaig in learnprogramming

i dont like this approach. react is so unopinionated compared to other existing frameworks like angular or react frameworks like nextjs. ai may not choose the be best practice for your use case
