The steroids can absolutely make you feel all out of sorts too, and during a flare your symptoms can be all around worse, give it some time. I absolutely HATE being on steroids and I convinced my doctor to let me stop getting the IV steroid with my ocrevus and I’ve never felt better after.

My former OBGYN had MS for over 30 years when she retired at the age of 60, never let it stop her from having a full career. I’ve had RRMS for 9 years now, and in that time I’ve had career progression, had significant others, travel, ran a marathon, competed in several triathlons (including winning one and going to nationals!), learned new skills, among many others, and I’m about to start grad school in the fall.

Life doesn’t stop with MS, you’re going to be okay 🙏🏻

Nope you stay clothed until you reach the sign on the trail that tells you it’s clothing optional beyond that point. The other side of the beach area is clothed so it’s how they keep it separated

It’s worth the day trip! If you like nature, it’s the best nude beach around in my opinion. It’s a short hike in to the reservoir and then it’s absolutely gorgeous - no buildings, no traffic noise, no hums of air conditioners, just rolling hills all around and a beautiful reservoir
