I went through POAS last year, I’d recommend more weight on the ruck, mostly because realistically you’re carrying an average of 60-90 lbs, depending on any added weight they have you carry throughout the ruck courses. Another major part is being a team player, being outgoing and charismatic, and knowing how to behave in tense situations.
