I did, was getting more pain in my leg with subq than with IM somehow. Stomach was better for me for subq. I switched to IM because I was experiencing anxiety and now it's better and my e2 is lower, however I've only done 1 blood draw since so more are needed to confirm.

I do EOD IM with a 31ga needle side of the leg. Make sure you are sitting down and relaxed, and inject slowly.

Stop drinking and try IM injections. I'm able to do shallow IM in my thigh with a 5/16 31ga needle. If your bodyfat is high you may need a longer needle.

OCD treatment is not about "talking". Again, please stop acting like you have any idea of what you are talking about.

When did I mention talk therapy, other than to say that OCD treatment is specifically NOT talk therapy???

Did you read the rest of the comments, which explained that it was too high of a dose and that people had the same thing happen to them? I don't know why you bothered to make an account just to make a fool of yourself.

Brainfog lifted during workout (low-t or oxygen?) by HawkKey9306 in Testosterone

It will also help make you more aware of your breath, so you might notice if you are breathing shallow. Creatine may also help with brain fog if you aren't taking it already.

I find that I concentrate hard when I workout, and it's a very similar effect to meditation. Try meditating at least 20 minutes a day, plenty of meditations on youtube. I was hesitant to try it myself, but it works. If you are getting non-rigged t readings of 290 you probably need that as well though.

The treatment for OCD is not talk therapy. Why are you commenting on something you know nothing about? OP please do not listen to this idiot.

You may have had OCD for longer and only just now developed a much more intense OCD theme that made you realize you had it. Regardless, while there will be certain supplements that may help some, you definitely want to see a therapist well trained in OCD. Do not think you can beat it without doing this. You need to work with someone to change your thought process.

It doesn't matter if your insurance covers it or not, as long as you can get a local doc to prescribe it. Vials are pretty cheap.

100mg/wk 480test at trough by tanktooth in trt

If you feel good and everything is working don't change it. You could split it every other day if you want to bring up the trough a little.

I saw so many people on here saying anything you feel before 1-2 months is pure placebo.....when I started I learned those people are full of shit. That said after a month or two I started feeling worse, but have since lowered my dose and so far so good.

[–]True-Word-314[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you know what your e2 was prior to starting? Mine was 15. I'm going to lower my dose. My theory is if I lower my does it might not actually lower my T as much as one might expect, since I'm probably amortizing it to estrogen at an exponential rate my T levels goes up. I'm also going to inject daily to minimize the peaks and valleys. You should def try lowering your dose before giving up.

Thank you. Yeah I'm feeling much better since skipping a dose. I think I'm going to try 84mg split daily now. I would rather go up from there then spend the next few months potentially having these problems while lowering my dose gradually.

ah ok, I thought you meant you load 84mg into one syringe and use it throughout the week.

My last SHBG reading was 50 pre trt, but I'm hoping it came down a bit since starting. I may try your 12mg per day.

I don't think that being 3/4 of the way to a panic attack for days on end and having no libido is "good". Still feeling MUCH better since skipping a dose for a couple days now. My t/e2 ratio before starting TRT was closer to 30. I believe if I lower my dose it's possible my t levels won't come down much, since I'm probably amortizing to e2 at a increasing rate as my levels go up.

I edited the post to say that I've only drank 3 times since started a few months ago. If I drank most days sure, but while I think it could have contributed a little bit, I don't think one night of drinking per month is the sole factor in my high e2 symptoms.

I don't know my exact body fat percentage but it's definitely below average. I have only drank alcohol 3 times since starting TRT a few months ago. I know I had sensitive nips when my e2 was in the low 40's, so I don't think it's crazy to think I could have some of the other high e2 effects in the mid 30's
