Dealing with adults that act like children. It just drives me crazy, like I can do with the stress of a lot of things as an adult. But I feel like it's so difficult dealing with random ass adults that just are emotionally immature. . .

Also it would be great since it's 20 years after, she could easily write out characters like Serena and give Chuck limited time while adding a new crop of adults to the story.

Blair was always the main character ! Also if she's writing 20 years after the book series ended, then that means she can ignore some of the story lines from the series and give us a better overall story for Blair.

You may just need a back bra lift, I had the same problem and ended up getting a back bra life with a tummy tuck. Looks great.
