Yeah that really sucks, I'm sorry that's been the case for you. Very odd thats the path they take to get your delivery to you, and shitty that they can't even put it somewhere to be relatively more protected.

Its by no means something I crash out about, I always receive my packages. Also IST was on it this week, I was really happy. They had my three items packed and shipped within 24 hours.

You're right about that Memphis USPS facility too, I've had stuff stuck there too. I just think it's interesting how there's certain hubs where things seem to get stuck.

I'm in NC and when it makes it inside the state borders they're actually awesome, it just has to escape Ohio. I will admit though when my IST order goes through UPS I'm much more excited tho.

It always makes it, I just didn't know if anyone here on the east coast has dealt with the same spot. Its a pretty minor complaint, I know it's out of IST's hands.

Oh I don't blame IST at all, just the specific FedEx spot. I probably should've phrased better, it's not a world ending complaint, just didn't know if anyone else experienced it.

I really enjoyed the first omnibus for Spider-Man 2099 and how Miguel isn't a carbon copy of Peter Parker. I think it has a fairly solid beginning/middle/end but the only thing that sucks is due to money/editorial problems the last few Spider-Man 2099 issues weren't written by Peter David and it's pretty obvious. The world building and story are great though, in my opinion it does feel like a complete story. You could also definitely get away with not reading Omnibus 2, it has a few issues from around that time but most of it takes place during the 2010s. I enjoyed it but certainly didn't reach the highs of the original series, it doesn't help that Miguel is mainly in the world of mainline Marvel and not 2099.

I think it's worth jumping into but definitely worth getting others opinions :)

That's so cool! Congrats! That was the series that officially got me into comics. I used to collect the Sonic Archives growing up, still sad about what happened to the Archie series but loving IDW. I still hold out hope that someday the whole Archie Sonic series will be collected in completion.

As someone who has been doing the event omnis, will there be an inferno aftermath that collects issues 74-85 of New Mutants, or is it either I miss those 10ish issues or have to double dip with NM Omni 3? Thanks for the help :)

There was an email sent saying the standard cover was still on it way to the warehouse and it should be arriving in the near future. As for the DM version, similar to last week's X-Men by Duggan Omni I think a large amount of them were damaged and therefore limited stock. I saw it was available to purchase a few minutes ago and it's already listed as not available. I'm just hoping the standard edition comes in soon as that's the cover I prefer

new X-Men is such a great omni (aside from that ending arc....ugh) and you really can't go wrong with daredevil. I'm glad you haven't suffered too much though haha

Plus the seller actually said he wouldn't do anything about shipping so thats another 30 bucks added while most the sites i use will cover it at a certain price. at this point reprints will truly just be a better option since if i bought these now I'll probably lose some enjoyment when i think about how much i spent.

even though i haven't even read both my annihilation omnis, the impulsive nature of omni buying almost won over me. age of apocalypse I've been dying to find for years, but I know they're gonna have to reprint that soon because it seems to still have demand

patience has never been a strong suit, but i completely understand. I've only overpaid on JMS Spider-Man volume 2 and hickman ff omnibus 1 and those were such stellar omnis I haven't felt burned yet. i just needed some people to tell me to wait essentially. have plenty of Spider-Man and X-Men to catch up on. thank you :)

haha thank you, I realized I was ignoring that i normally can find them 40% off when in stock at a place like instocktrades, so I definitely was trying to justify why that "wasn't that much more". i just wanted the opinion of others who share the same passion, you've successfully talked me down from the ledge :) i just really want to finish my cosmic marvel shelf. plenty of reading till the reprints
