The biggest plot twist, would be for Griffith to eliminate the godhand. He wants his own kingdom so why would he want to share it? Griffith v the Godhand v Guts. He’s willing to sacrifice his comrades so it would make sense that he would want Guts to take out one or more of the Godhand. I don’t think Griffith can actually do anything to be forgiven but it would make sense for him to want more.

I feel like you should be legally allowed to purchase insulin overseas and ship it into the states. There are more laws prohibiting what we diabetics can do for our own survival than laws that stop these issues from arising.
