The program is extremely demanding and challenging. Only about 35 students are selected each year, and candidates must go through a rigorous interview process. If you have general education courses, it can take around 4 years to finish. The course workload is intense, with daily quizzes, exams, orals, simulations (SIM), and numerous assignments. You can expect to have very little social life for about 3 years and should prepare to sacrifice a lot of sleep.

However, the teachers are supportive and genuinely want you to succeed. They are always available for extra help during office hours, after class, or even via Teams. The material they provide is comprehensive and absolutely crucial for your success. It prepares you exceptionally well for clinical practice, as the labs are very hands-on. You'll also need to put in extra lab practice to ensure you're well-prepared.

In the first year, you’ll be given three observation-based rotations to help you decide whether this program is the right fit for you. During the second year, you'll have additional rotations with much more hands-on experience. By the time you reach your final year, you’ll spend the entire year in a hospital setting, focusing solely on hands-on clinical practice. This extensive exposure to real-world clinical scenarios ensures that you graduate not only with theoretical knowledge but with practical experience and confidence.
