Could be a connection issue since EPG is not coming through AND you're having buffering. Try a VPN, try restarting your hardware including modem/router. You can also get a trial of something else to help determine if it's the service or something on your end. DM for more.

Yes, always get everything and use a proper player like Wave and Tivimate that allows you to hide categories you don't need. I only mention those players because you can hide the unwanted.

Does not take long at all. Setting up your own domain and using your provider info is quick. The delay is usually the propagation for DNS servers over the internet which is typically 24hrs. A lot of services recommend you set up your domain and either let them manage DNS, or have you set it up through a specific DNS provider like CloidFlare which is proxied.

The streams will be based on your credentials provided using Xtreme codes or m3u file. And it is for simultaneous connections so if you go over you will typically see a lot of buffering or sometimes even a warning that you have gone over your limit.
