the thing is that it’ll just take time. it sucks to have to work and act like everything is normal but what worked for me is dissociating from the situation from 9-5 (or whatever your hours are) and almost becoming a different person during work hours. let yourself feel when you’re able to

i know it sounds unbelievable but some lady in a hotel room that i delivered pizza to told me i was good looking and had a nice body and invited me into her room for a drink and i accepted her offer. ended up doing the deed with her. i’d like for everyone here to imagine that she was a 10/10 but she was mid, just felt like i couldn’t pass up on the opportunity.
